“This was a great spot close to hiking spots and downtown!”

“Great job on the updates/renovations at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful before and during my stay, and the location was convenient to all of the attractions we visited in Eureka Springs. A couple of things I wish the room had were a microwave, a place to put soap in the shower, and a bar in the shower to hang towels...all minor things though...thanks for a great stay!”

“Not the newest property, but needed some upkeep. Bathroom fan was about to fall out of the ceiling and finish nails poked out from around the bathroom door. Room overall smelled musty. But was centrally located and the staff was nice. I needed coffee and towels from the front desk and they were attentive.”

“Morten & McKenzie were the absolute best to work with on getting things together for our stay. And they were readily available for any questions that I had. Our cabin was in a beautiful woodsy setting and our deck overlooked tall trees and woods. Morning coffee on the deck wrapped in a blanket was icing on the cake. I can't recommend the Woodsman Lodge enough! Also, being on the outskirts of town was a definite plus. If we're ever back in Eureka Springs, it'll be our go to place.”

“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I don't want to take away from this amazing place, but the sign out front says that I can drop my key in the lockbox by the front door. However, I was not able to find the lockbox and ended up leaving my key in my room and called at 8am when they opened to let them know. They were very nice about how I "checked out". Just a little heads up.”
